Brand Ambassador

Location: Washington, D.C. Area OR Atlanta, GA

Chippin, the planet-friendly pet nutrition startup, is searching for enthusiastic environmentalists and animal lovers to join our field team. In this position, you’ll join a dynamic team working with the latest trends in pet nutrition, sustainability, and on the ground marketing & sales.

Responsibilities: The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for engaging with the local community to build brand awareness and drive sales for Chippin’s high-quality pet foods. A successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter that enjoys working with people and pets. The Ambassador must love dogs, have experience engaging with them, and be comfortable communicating with people directly to drive sales.This is a fun position that allows you to be out in the community sharing Chippin at Farmers Markets and other events (at restaurants, bars, shops, etc.).

The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for attending in-person sales events:

- Sell Chippin's delicious, planet friendly treats & dog ood at local farmers markets, dog parks, apartment buildings, and special events.

- Host treat sampling events at local retailers to share Chippin treats with pups and their pawrents to build awareness and drive sales for vendors.

- Actively seek new sales and event opportunities.

- Build brand awareness through active community engagement

- Bring new ideas, innovations, and opportunities to the Chippin team to further our mission to reduce the eco pawprint!


- Must love dogs and be passionate about sustainability.

- Energetic self-starter, able to work independently.

- Has a vehicle to transport materials required to do events.

- Is comfortable setting up for events (setting up a tent, table, carrying product, etc.)

Availability: This position is an hourly, contract position. The individual must be able to work on the weekends and some evenings during the week. We are flexible and can work around your schedule.

Fees & Payments: The hourly rate for the Brand Ambassador is $20 per hour for scheduled events. This does not include team activities, onboarding, or driving time. The Ambassador will receive 20% of all sales generated, plus an additional $50 for every $500 in sales generated (equivalent to an additional 10% of sales earned!)
