Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
Since this is a consumable product, we will not accept returns. If your dog does not like Chippin please let us know. We'll be happy to refund you the purchase price of the product (shipping will not be refunded).
Please share your extra Chippin with another dog. Different dogs have different tastes. We know from extensive taste testing that most dogs enjoy it, so share the Chippin love!
If for some reason your treats are damaged or do not arrive in perfect condition let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll be happy to replace them.
Subscription Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund on a subscription you must cancel at least 1 business day before you are charged for the order. This can be done via the customer account portal or by emailing email@example.com.
