We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We aim to process orders within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and then another email from Chippin once your order has been shipped.
Please note that Chippin is not responsible for delays due to UPS, FedEx or USPS. We understand shipping delays may occur, so please reach out to hello@chippinpet with concerns and we will try to resolve the issue.
We offer free standard shipping on orders within the contiguous United States. Orders will ship out the same day when placed before 12pm ET. All orders placed after 12pm ET will be shipped the following business day. Each order arrives within 3 to 7 business days from the time your order is placed.
For subscriptions, we ship out in advance so that your dog will not run out of food!
We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Status Information
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email including a tracking number which can be used to check the order status. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will be sure you receive your order.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. Since this is a consumable product, we will not accept returns. If your dog doesn't like Chippin please let us know. We’ll be happy to refund you the purchase price of the product.
If for some reason your treats are damaged or do not arrive in perfect condition, let us know at email@example.com and we will be happy to replace them.
